Our End of Tenancy Cleaning is not an hourly-based service which means that once you book us, our cleaners will stay as long as necessary to clean the property – even if that means they have to work the entire night to cover everything. They will also bring all necessary equipment and detergent free of any charge. The only thing that they require is available on-site is electricity and running hot water.

Once they get started with the cleaning, they will follow an agency-approved checklist that our company has created for them. This will not only ensure that the property will be ready for the final inspection but that they don’t miss anything.

We also offer additional services that can be beneficial like Oven Cleaning or Carpet Cleaning. Depending on the state of the oven or carpet, these services may need to be booked. In our End of Tenancy, a hoovering of the carpet and a domestic level clean of the oven are included, however, in some cases, they aren’t enough. Of course, our cleaners will advise you on-site if these services need to be performed after they see in what condition the property is in.

And once the service is complete, we will provide you with a 48-hour guarantee stating that we will come back to re-clean the property if any issues occur.
